Its Time to Gather the Team - To Talk, Study and Pray...Together

Imagine if the city’s intercessory leaders came out of their prayer closets to gather 4 times a year - to simply listen to one another about what God had been burdening them with, what He was saying and to report back as to what God was up to in each area of town in the various neighborhoods, churches and ministries.

This is exactly what we are doing!

Divided No More?

For far too long, we Christians have been been fractured, disjointed...and divided! Satan simple work of “divide and conquer” has been working for FAR too long.

Well enough of that!

Paul warned us of such things in 1 Corinthians 2 (“some say they follow Paul, some Apollos...”). What would happen if, just for a few hours 4 times a year, we dropped the names and titles and and denominational baggage and just came as Christians? Simple, needy saints who desperately want to call out to God...together?

The Memphis Outpost, partnering with Two By Two Prayer Ministries, and several others, have launched a series of meetings called The Watchmen. Very simply, they are times to gather the various players in Memphis - those who care, those are getting their hands dirty, those who are TRYING! Titles and positions and seminary training don’t matter here - being on mission does.

If you are trying, if you care, if you want to join us, then come on...let’s talk! Its that simple. No armchair quarterbacking here.

What’s The Big Idea?

So once a quarter, we will start gathering the leadership from the various intercessory teams from all over Memphis to gather, to fellowship, to share what God is up to in their world, to tell the team what God is burdened them with, along with whatever He might be revealing. That, along with some open Bible times to study, and of course, some prayer and worship!
